At Microsoft Inspire today (18th July 2023), Bing Chat Enterprise was launched. There is more detail in the Microsoft 365 blog post about the announcement.
Bing Chat Enterprise builds on Microsoft Search and the public edition of Bing Chat to bring the power of AI to your enterprise data. The advantage of using Bing Chat Enterprise for work tasks rather than consumer tools ensures your commercial data is not inadvertently put into the public domain nor used to train/refine the AI models.
Bing Chat Enterprise is starting rolling out today and included for organisation with Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard and Business Premium but needs to be enabled by an admin.

To enable Bing Chat Enterprise for your organisation a user with Global Admin rights needs to
- Ensure Microsoft Search in Bing is enabled.
- Review the supplementary terms
- Visit https://aka.ms/TurnOnBCE and opt in by choosing Turn On then Confirm
Remember: Bing Chat Enterprise will build on your Microsoft 365 permissions, data privacy and governance!
