As a Microsoft certified training provider and Office 365 reseller, we are today launching a new range of courses for both PC and Mac users working with Office 365. We’ll shortly be publishing our course outlines for Office 2011 courses, as well.

For end users:

Getting Started with Office 365

Give your users the best possible start with the new system with our 3 hour introduction briefing. This course enables users to set themselves up on the Office365 system, once their user account has been created.

The goal of this briefing is to define and describe cloud services, and to show user what they can expect after you’ve moved to the cloud. In this briefing, we’ll look at the key features and how to access the services when traveling. We’ll also look at setting up your PC to work with Office365.

This briefing is suitable for PC users who are confident browsing the web, using Outlook and other office applications, as they go about their daily work.

Using SharePoint Sites

SharePoint is at the heart of Microsoft’s Cloud computing products. This hands-on half day workshop, looks at working with an existing SharePoint site. Before attending this workshop you should be familiar with creating, editing and saving word processing documents, such as Microsoft Word (any version) and using email, calendar and task lists in a Personal Information Manager such as Outlook, Lotus Notes or Entourage.

Having adopted Office 365, the subscription needs to be administered to keep it running smoothly. This one day workshop, gives you the ability to manage an Office 365 subscription. It looks at all the products within the Office 365 offering.

This briefing is suitable for existing system administrators who should have an understanding of Active Directory or permissions management.
