This document contains some sample user issues that Office Superstars should be able to resolve. What would you suggest to the user to resolve their issue.

  1. I keep getting this annoying little toolbar thingy popping up when I select text in Word. How do I stop it coming up?
  2. I’ve got a list of people in Excel, but their names show up more than once. I just want a simple list of the names without the duplication. Is there an easy way to do this?
  3. I had a lot of flagged emails in Outlook and when I got rid of them from my task list the emails all ended up in the deleted items. What did I do wrong?
  4. It’s really annoying going to File then Save all the time. Is there an easier way?
  5. I don’t use my calendar or tasks in Outlook. Is there a way I can get rid of the calendar on the side of my email screen?
  6. I used to be able to put little arrows on the top of my table in Excel to filter the table, but I can’t find it any more?
  7. My email signature has disappeared, where has it gone and how do I get it back?
